Reporting Requirements

The Yawkey Foundation requires every grantee to follow the reporting instructions indicated on the grant notification letter and email they received before the report’s due date. Reports are submitted via the Yawkey Foundation online system, and grantees will receive an email link to the reporting site sent by the Yawkey Foundation prior to the grant expiration. The reports will require details on the qualitative and quantitative results of the grant, observations on lessons learned during the project/initiative, plans for sustaining/building upon the project or initiatives’ purpose and impact, and any press or news media mentions. A financial report will also be required to include detailed expenses and income for the project/initiative during the funding period, and how the grantee spent the specific grant funds.
