House of Possibilities (HOPe), a local nonprofit committed to providing individuals with disabilities a life-changing path to greater independence, has announced a $5 million grant from Yawkey Foundation, positioning the organization to transform its facilities at Stonehill College in Easton and the services it provides there.
The Yawkey Foundation’s generous investment will help fund construction of a new 15,000 sq. ft. building and renovations to the existing 11,000 sq. ft. Yawkey House, allowing HOPe to increase its capacity to support people with disabilities and their families throughout Southeastern Massachusetts.
