House of Possibilities (HOPe) has been awarded a $555,000 Strategic Investment Grant from the Yawkey Foundation to support pre-construction activities for the expansion of its Easton facilities. Expansion of its space will enable HOPe to increase its capacity to support individuals with disabilities and their families in Southeastern Massachusetts.
