Yawkey Foundation and Good Sports are teaming up to provide 270 pieces of new baseball equipment to the Boys & Girls Club of Metro South. This donation of bats, helmets, catchers gear, gloves, bases, and bags for youth baseball players will help young athletes learn the fundamentals of baseball while easing the financial strain on their families. In the spirit of Tom and Jean Yawkey, the Foundation’s support will provide opportunities for youth to gain valuable life skills like teamwork, respect, and discipline, enriching their lives both on and off the field.
