A Bridge Between Generations: Our $50 Million Grant to Dana-Farber

The Yawkey Foundation has awarded a $50 million grant to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, honoring a partnership that spans eight decades. The grant supports Dana-Farber's Future of Cancer Care Fund, which advances priorities in research and patient care, and helps build the new Lavine Bekenstein Cancer Hospital. To recognize the gift, Dana-Farber will name the Jean and Tom Yawkey Bridge, which will connect the new hospital to the Yawkey Center for Cancer Care. The bridge links a landmark of our past support to the next chapter of cancer care in Boston....
